Gilbert Dubé
President/Owner
Gil has over 34 years of experience in the transport industry. He started in the claims department of a national transportation company in 1976 and was promoted to Operations Manager in 1978. He later transferred to the sales department in 1986. Entrepreneurial by nature, Gil incorporated his own company, Horizon International Distributors, in 1988.
Gil is involved in all aspects of the business on a daily basis.
Luc Dubé
General Manager
Luc has been with Horizon since 1995 and has worked in various capacities progressing from Shipper/Receiver, to Foreman, to Dispatcher, and finally to General Manager.
In his current role, Luc oversees and coordinates the Quebec and Western Canadian trucks to and from Winnipeg. He is also responsible for fleet licensing, freight rating, the company drug & alcohol program, and jurisdictional fuel & mileage reports.
